Male, 40s, Autonomic Imbalance, Low back pain

Main symptom

• Low back pain

Other symptoms

• Morning diarrhea
• Lower limbs are dull
• Fatigue
• Insomnia

Palpation and observations

• Abdominal distension
• Sternocleidomastoid muscle tension
• Tongue inspection
  • Tongue: Light white
  • Tongue coating: lots of moss
• Meridian Pulse Diagnosis
  • Pericardium deficiency
  • Pattern: Yang Deficiency both of Spleen and Kidney

Treatment policy

• Took abs tension.
• The splenic meridian regulates the gastrointestinal tract to improve nutrient absorption and nourish muscles.
• Removed stiff shoulders and relieved sympathetic excitement.

Follow-up

• First time: Back pain improved. I advised him to refrain from sweets so that you don’t get chilly.
